Rl tropical ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), anywhere in Canada. Delivery charges are a minimum of $20. When the items are available, a period of one to two working days for the processing and preparation of orders and then your package is delivered to you. Delivery times outside New Brunswick vary by location. Rl tropical will in no way be held responsible for a delay in delivery.

Orders received before 10:30 a.m. local time are in most cases shipped the same day they are received (with certain exceptions). Orders placed online after Friday 10:30 a.m. local time will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by RL Tropical

 

Any merchandise in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused.
